Can you supply a fabric that is not in your catalog?
Usually, yes. Send the fabric name, width, weight, quantity and a photo if you have one. If the fabric is available in Türkiye, we will give you a price and lead time.
Do you only sell fabric?
Fabric is our main business. We also arrange contract manufacturing of bedding, sheets and towels, and help with sourcing other products from Türkiye.
Do you ship within Türkiye and abroad?
We ship to all 81 provinces of Türkiye and to other countries. Courier, groupage or container shipping depends on the quantity and destination and is stated in the quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We sell wholesale in full rolls; we do not cut fabric by the metre. Within Türkiye there is no lower limit, and a single roll can be ordered. For export, the minimum is the smallest load accepted by the freight company carrying the goods to the buyer's country. Minimums for custom colours, prints or contract manufacturing are stated in the quote.
How long does delivery take?
Stock items are ready to ship within 24 hours of the order and are dispatched as soon as payment is received. For made-to-order products, preparation time and shipping time are stated separately in the quote.
Can I get samples or a catalogue?
We send the digital catalogue straight away on WhatsApp or Telegram. Physical samples are not sent for every request; they go to buyers we are discussing a specific order with.
Can I write in a language other than English, Russian or Turkish?
Yes, we read messages with a translator and reply. Give width, weight and composition as numbers to avoid misunderstandings.
How do I get a quote?
