Sales terms
- Do you sell fabric by the metre?
- No. We sell wholesale only, in full rolls; we do not cut fabric by the metre. Roll length depends on the series and is stated in the quote.
- What is the minimum order?
- Within Türkiye there is no lower limit, and a single roll can be ordered. For export orders, the minimum is the smallest load accepted by the freight company carrying the goods to the buyer's country.
- How soon is an order shipped?
- Stock items are ready to ship within 24 hours of the order and are dispatched as soon as payment is received.
- Can I get samples or a catalogue?
- We send the digital catalogue straight away on WhatsApp or Telegram. Physical samples are not sent for every request; they go to buyers we are discussing a specific order with.
- Can I mix series and colours in one order?
- Yes. Orders can combine rolls from different series and colours.
- How are export orders shipped?
- Each country has its own freight companies; for Russia, for example, Can Lojistik and Avvi Transport. Either you or we can contact the carrier.
