Bamboo / Tencel
TkanIstanbul supplies bamboo viscose and Tencel (lyocell) bedding fabrics wholesale by the roll from Istanbul and arranges contract manufacturing on request. These fabrics are made from regenerated cellulose fibre; they feel soft, smooth and cool and absorb more moisture than cotton.
Bamboo and Tencel fabrics are made from regenerated cellulose fibres. Most bedding sold as bamboo is bamboo viscose; TENCEL is Lenzing's brand name for its lyocell and modal fibres. These fabrics feel soft, smooth and cool, absorb more moisture than cotton and drape heavily. They are weaker when wet, so care instructions matter. Prices are visible to members.
